Anne Sudduth is a strategist and systems builder who helps mission-driven organizations spark and deliver lasting change. With expertise in engagement strategy, human motivation, and community-centered design, Anne creates the conditions for organizations to broaden participation, deepen commitment, and deliver measurable results. She is known for designing systems that improve performance while strengthening alignment between people, mission, and impact.

Across her career, Anne has led award-winning initiatives in companies, schools, and communities. At Deloitte, she launched and scaled the firm’s national community engagement program, embedding social impact into company culture. Later, she co-founded Boyer Sudduth Environmental Consultants where she helped K–12 schools, B-corporations, and nonprofits implement sustainability strategies that earned national recognition. As a founder of the Seacoast Women’s Giving Circle, Anne built one of New Hampshire’s most dynamic philanthropic networks, channeling grassroots investment into local change.

Anne brings particular strength in assessing talent, building cross-functional teams, and creating enabling environments for ambitious policy and cultural shifts. A gifted motivator and strategist, Anne understands how to activate communities, identify leverage points, and translate vision into durable systems that stick. She currently serves on the national board of Mothers Out Front, where she leads a state-wide chapter network and coaches grassroots leaders to build local power for climate action.

Anne holds a master’s degree in Sustainability from Harvard Extension, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from LaSalle School of Business, and a B.A. from Brown University.

Holly Gordon is a strategic advisor with deep expertise in narrative strategy, systems thinking, and cross-sector partnership. She advises the Sean Connery Foundation and the Baszucki Group—philanthropic organizations focused on education, ocean conservation, health, and civic innovation—and previously served as Chief Impact Officer at Participant Media, where she led campaigns for films like ROMA and American Factory. As co-founder of Girl Rising, Holly helped build a global movement for girls’ education, and her early career as a journalist at ABC News sharpened her instinct for storytelling that drives change. She brings a collaborative, values-driven approach to advancing systemic impact in climate and beyond.
